Walter J. Brasch, CPA, CGMA, was featured in the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants with his most recent article, “The State of New Jersey’s Financial Health”.

For the first time, Thanks to a new NJCPA-drafted law, the 400+ page Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is now summarized for everyone to understand. The verdict? While NJ’s finances improved slightly, we’re still facing a negative net position, one of the worst in our region. Our pension obligations remain particularly concerning.
