Significant tax relief for Connecticut flood victims! The IRS has extended the tax filing and payment deadline to June 17 for those impacted by the severe storms and flooding that began on January 10. This applies if you live or have a business in New London County or other declared disaster counties. You now have extra time to file returns and pay any taxes originally due between January 10 and June 17, including Individual returns, estimated quarterly income taxes, business returns for partnerships, S corps, corps, exempt organizations, and retirement account contributions.
