Los Angeles, CA — Prager Metis International LLC — a newly combined mid-sized accounting firm boasting an international presence welcomes John Gosch as its newest partner in its Los Angeles, California office. Gosch will concentrate on providing business consulting and financial planning services to both domestic and international businesses and individuals.
Domestically, Gosch’s focus will be to grow the practice throughout Los Angeles as well as in the Silicon Valley, CA area. Internationally, Gosch has expertise in international tax matters and will continue to make annual trips to Europe, offering presentations and lectures throughout several European countries including Germany and France.
Gosch has 30 years of experience in the accounting field and serves clients in the international, technology, manufacturing, digital media, venture-backed companies, and consumer products areas.
“His strong experience in the technology and other markets makes him a perfect fit for Prager Metis International, which is interested in expanding our services throughout the Los Angeles area and into Silicon Valley — the home to many of the world’s largest technology corporations,” said Prager & Fenton Managing Partner, David Neste.

Prior to starting his public practice in 1999, Gosch served as group and division controller for a Fortune 500 company both domestically and overseas. He was also a CFO with emerging companies and participated in the IPO of advanced technology firms. Gosch began his career with Ernst & Young.
A licensed CPA in California and New York, Gosch earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Lehigh University and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
