Prager Metis, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in the U.S. and London, announces their merger with Peter Bryan & Co. a specialist accounting and tax consulting firm based in London, UK, which focuses on providing services to both UK and international high-net-worth individuals. The merger officially took place on August 4, 2015.
Merging into Prager Metis will be tax specialists David Beech and Peter Bryan with their technical support staff. “We are very excited about the addition of Peter Bryan & Co.,” says Mark Boomla, Managing Partner of the Prager Metis London office. “We wanted to expand by strengthening our estate and inheritance tax capabilities along with our high level tax advisory services in London. Founded in 1993, Peter Bryan & Co., has provided its International and UK clients with tax structuring and estate planning consulting and services in all aspects of their business and personal affairs. Peter Bryan & Co. was established in London’s historic St. James’s area by Peter Bryan & David Beech. Peter Bryan & Co. will relocate to the Prager Metis office in London.
