Prager Metis CPAs Expands New York City Presence; Combines with Shine & Company, LLP

January 6, 2020 – New York, NY — Prager Metis CPAs, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, announces its combination with Shine & Company, LLP, a full service accounting firm based in New York City. The combination is official as of January 1, 2020. The team from Shine & Company has recently relocated to the firm’s New York City office.

“We are excited to have the team from Shine & Company join us,” says Stuart Mayer, Office Managing Partner of the firm’s New York City office. “This merger enables us to continue to provide excellent, personalized service to the closely-held entities and individual clients that we serve.”

Shine & Company, LLP is a full-service accounting firm that provides tax, accounting, auditing, planning and consulting services to a wide variety of closely-held entities and individual clients. Brian Pecker and Stephen Macaluso will be joining Prager Metis as Principals.
