Prager Metis CPAs Welcomes Andrea Fantozzi to Firm’s Partnership

Prager Metis CPAs, a top 100 public accounting firm, announces the appointment of Andrea Fantozzi, CPA, CGMA to Partner. Previously the Director of the U.S – European Team in the International Department, Mr. Fantozzi will be a Partner of Prager Metis International LLC and Prager Metis CPAs effective January 1, 2015.

Mr. Fantozzi has over ten years of experience in providing accounting, audit, due diligence, and financial advice to international and domestic middle-market firms in several industries. He specializes in areas such as manufacturing and distribution, e-commerce, textiles, luxury retail, digital communications, not-for-profit, logistics, and financial services. Mr. Fantozzi offers financial and business consulting to European firms entering the U.S market and U.S. firms interested in expanding to Europe. Because of his ability to understand his clients’ needs, he invariably creates an atmosphere of mutual trust and productive cooperation through a combination of knowledge, confidence, and trust.

Mr. Fantozzi attended the University of Political Sciences of Macerata in Italy where he earned a Master of Science in Economics. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
