February 1, 2019 – New York, NY— Prager Metis CPAs, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, announces its combination with Beck, Villata & Co., P.C., a firm with locations in Montvale, NJ and Miami Lakes, FL. The combination is official as of January 16, 2019. The deal was facilitated by Domenick J. Esposito of ESPOSITO CEO2CEO, LLC.

Frank Beck and Vincent VIllata will be joining Prager Metis as partners. Prager Metis will retain their current offices in Montvale. NJ and Miami Lakes, FL.
