Press Releases | Prager Metis | Feb 14, 2017

Prager Metis CPAs, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in the U.S. and London, announces their combination with Stuart A. Ditsky CPA, PC., a business management firm based in New York, with a presence in Los Angeles, CA and Connecticut. The combination is official as of January 1, 2017.

We will retain the New York City and Connecticut offices while merging the Los Angeles office into the existing Prager Metis offices. Stuart Ditsky and Thomas Smith will join Prager Metis as partners, and Richard Goldstein will join as a Principal. They will be members of the Business Management Department.

“We welcome their addition,” says David Neste, Chairman of the Board of Prager Metis. “We’re excited that this combination enables us to serve our entertainment business management clients better in the New York and Los Angels markets, as well as nationally and internationally, and for the Ditsky clients, joining forces establishes a deeper breadth of support and services.”

Founded in 1969, Stuart A. Ditsky CPA PC provides business management, tour accounting, tax, and valuation services for high-net-worth individuals in the entertainment industries and their affiliated entities.

“Prager Metis has a strong presence in the music and entertainment industry and extensive experience in many other areas,” says Ditsky. “The depth of their expertise in tour accounting, international tax law, and vast auditing capabilities will benefit my clients immensely.
