Mark Ackerman sworn onto board of Estate Planning Council of Nassau County

Mark Ackerman, was sworn onto the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Nassau County on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. The ceremony took place at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Uniondale, Long Island. Mr. Ackerman had been a long-standing member of the Estate Planning Council.

The objective of our Council is to provide the best information available on subjects of current interest to our membership consisting of certified public accountants, attorneys-at-law, trust officers, and accredited financial planners.

Mr. Ackerman has developed a diverse client base that includes real estate, family planning, insurance brokers and underwriters, construction contractors and staffing and court reporting agencies.  In addition to his focus on new business and client development, over the past two years, he has led the Long Island office in developing the family planning, estates, trusts, and guardianship accounting areas for the firm.
