The interactive CPE workshop presented by a panel of experts in the industry who navigated the conversation on Mergers and Acquisitions in the accounting profession. The noted speakers including Mr. Friedman, provided keen insight to help equip the decision making as you plan for the future of your firm. Mr. Friedman was the only Managing Partner on the panel.
Mr. Friedman focused his presentation on the anatomy of a merger, how to assemble the right team, identifying and negotiating the deal and the warning signs of when to walk away.
The presentation ended with a question-and-answer session that touched on the risks, rewards, and opportunities that M&As can provide.
