Joseph Cain is the Managing Partner – White Plains, NY Office of Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He has been practicing accounting since 1981.
Joseph strongly believes in personal service and continuous availability for his clients. His expertise is in tax, and accounting work for closely held businesses. Joseph has assisted many clients in business planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries. He has directed due diligence services in connection with the acquisition of manufacturers and distributors and formulated their related tax strategies. He also has extensive experience in advising foreign entities who want to expand their business operations into the U.S.
