Noted Expert Leads Firm’s Public Company Audit Practice

Pietro has more than 25 years of experience working with clients across industries, including manufacturing, retail, technology, life sciences, professional services, gaming, and cannabis. His experience spans PCAOB, SEC, AICPA, and US GAAP requirements with a focus on revenue recognition, purchase accounting, share-based compensation, complex debt transactions, and derivatives. Pietro works closely with internal audit teams to support Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance and navigate regulatory matters, earning him a reputation for his collaborative approach and commitment to client success.
