Her practice spans collections, examinations, administrative appeals, and trial representation, including matters before the U.S. Tax Court and the Department of Justice. Nicole’s steady judgment and technical command support her ability to guide clients through high-stakes controversy matters with clarity and precision.
Alyson Clark-Garvey, CPA, has built her career at Prager Metis, focusing on tax planning and compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships, production entities, and trusts. Alyson leads complex engagements, including multistate filings, planning for high-net-worth individuals, and federal and state tax issues.
