Prager Metis CPAs Expands New Jersey Presence; Combines with LFL Veritas

October 1, 2019 – Hackensack, NJ —  Prager Metis CPAs, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, announces its combination with LFL Veritas, a firm located in Teaneck, New Jersey. The combination is official as of October 1, 2019. LFL Veritas has also recently relocated to the firm’s Hackensack, NJ office.

“We welcome their addition,” says Ronald Friedlander, Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Hackensack office. “We’re excited that this merger enables us to continue to provide excellent, personalized service to the diverse businesses and individuals throughout New Jersey.”

LFL Veritas is a full-service accounting firm that provides tax, accounting, auditing, planning and consulting services to a wide variety of clients in the following sectors: professionals and executives, entrepreneurs/business owners in various industries, retired and high-net-worth individuals. Rich Feld and Jay Levine will be joining Prager Metis as Partners, and Karen Whitaker will be joining Prager Metis as Principal.
