Austin Jacobs, FCA, is a Partner in the Advisory Services and Audit and Accounting Departments of Prager Metis LLP, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He has been in the accounting industry for more than 19 years.
Austin focuses on royalty contract compliance auditing, as well as copyright and intellectual property valuation and litigation support, in the various entertainment industries, including music, books, merchandising, TV, film, and theatre. He works closely with clients to provide realistic appraisals of their situation and has regularly recovered a substantial amount of revenue on their behalf. He also provides auditing, accounting, and general taxation services.
Austin is a noted expert on royalty auditing, has given Expert Witness evidence in the High Court and frequently presents at industry events on the topic.
