Based in Southwark, the London office of Prager Metis (formerly Prager and Fenton LLP) was established in the late 1960’s. It currently comprises of four partners, one principal, three directors and 37 professional staff members. Prager Metis provides a full range of accounting, audit, tax, advisory and international services.
Our team has a great deal of experience looking after clients in the Media and Entertainment industry which has resulted in us being well used to advising individuals who are in the public eye (and hence value both their privacy and confidentiality), are high net worth individuals and have an international dimension to their financial affairs. Being part of an international organisation has meant that over the years we have also built-up significant expertise in assisting both foreign businesses, setting up and operating in the UK, or UK businesses looking to expand overseas, as well as assisting individuals with their taxation affairs on coming to or leaving the UK.
