A Message from Prager Metis About COVID-19

Alerts | Prager Metis | Mar 17, 2020

Dear valued clients & colleagues,

We are continuing to monitor and respond to the situation surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and want to assure you that we are committed to maintaining the health and well-being of our team members, clients, colleagues, and their families. We have communicated with our team on hygiene practices, including staying home if they feel ill.

We are encouraging alternate methods of sending information and having meetings. We are requesting that whenever possible, clients either utilize our portal or delivery to send us information rather than visiting our offices or having in-person meetings. In-person meetings will either be postponed or amended to video or phone conferences.

As you are aware, this is one of the busiest times of year for Prager Metis, with deadlines for tax filings and financial statements approaching. Our team is committed to meeting all of our deadlines and continuing to provide you with the service you are accustomed to receiving – although it may be delivered differently.

We also have a variety of technology platforms in addition to our portal, including phone and video conferencing. We encourage you to reach out to us to arrange the use of any of these options. These technologies also include submitting payment through our online payment portal. Prager Metis will be temporarily absorbing the fees for credit card payments for those clients who are unable to use ACH or issue checks.

While there is much uncertainty in this rapidly changing environment, we are certain that during challenging times Prager Metis will continue to support our team and our clients. Please know that we are thinking of you and your loved ones and we will always be here for you.

Sincerely,

The Office of the CEOs
