Stephanie A. Gigliotti

Professional Experience

Stephanie is a Partner in the Audit Department of Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group and is the industry leader of the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Group. She specializes in audits of employee benefit plans and has extensive experience working with defined benefit, defined contribution, and 403(b) plans. In addition, she provides audit and consulting services to clients in real estate, affordable housing, and not-for-profit organizations (including OMB uniform guidance). Stephanie’s other areas of concentration include assurance engagements for private sector companies spanning the service, manufacturing, and healthcare industries.

Stephanie is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of service. She stays on top of industry trends and the latest regulations through her extensive involvement with the NYSSCPA and the AICPA. Stephanie is the current Chair of the Employee Benefit Plan Committee for the NYSSCPA. In addition, she is a member of the AICPA Employee Benefits Audit Quality Center.  Stephanie’s firm-wide responsibilities include the coordination and execution of staff training within the audit department as well as assisting in the implementation of new auditing and accounting standards. Prior to joining Prager Metis, Stephanie was a partner at D’Arcangelo & Co., LLP who combined with Prager Metis in January 2020.
