Specializing in investment partnership taxation, Jared advises a diverse client base, including emerging managers, registered investment advisors, and billion-dollar family office fund structures. He offers comprehensive and holistic tax planning services to the alternative investment industry, covering private funds and their investors, adviser and general partner entities, and the general partner owners. Jared’s extensive consulting on fund structuring, including onshore and offshore, combined with his expertise in complex transactions and innovative problem-solving, enables him to deliver exceptional results that optimize tax efficiency and compliance for his clients.

Jared is passionate about educating others on the intricacies of the U.S. tax system and believes in sharing knowledge to keep his clients and team well-informed.
