Jackie Bai is a Partner of Prager Metis, a member of Prager Metis International Group. She has worked in the accounting industry for over 12 years, and previously held a position with a Big 4 firm in China.
Jackie specializes in financial auditing, primarily for public companies with international clients. She has worked on numerous SEC audits with Chinese clients. To best serve her Chinese-speaking clients, Jackie, who is fluent in both English and Mandarin, provides necessary documents and communications in both English and Chinese, and is available to her clients during their working hours in China
