George M. Gabler is a Principal in the Tax Department of Prager Metis, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He has been in the accounting profession since 1976.

He has extensive background in financial modeling of complex business plans or developmental budgets and also in structuring various financial transactions. He helps entrepreneurs, managers or investors find ways to secure funding for their plans and to implement processes and information systems to help ensure that their plans and business objectives are achieved.

George has over thirty years of accounting in both industry and public accounting experience including: tax, auditing, financial modeling and business transactional and business process development and consulting.

George offers a range of financial and accounting services for businesses. For income taxes, he provides preparation and planning to help clients file accurately and minimize their tax burden. He also serves as an outsourced CFO, handling financial management and high-level strategic planning for companies without an in-house finance executive. George’s services to facilitate accounting system implementation ensure efficient operations and proper controls, while his business growth consulting focuses on developing effective expansion strategies and optimizing workflows.
