Dawn M. Bergen is a Partner of Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group. With over 25 years of experience in assurance and accounting, she has had the privilege of working closely with clients across various industries.
At Prager Metis, she serves as the Partner-in-Charge of Assurance, where she specializes in managing audits, reviews, and compilations. Her expertise extends to employee benefit plans, where she navigates the ever-changing complexities and unique regulations that
surround them.
Before joining Prager Metis, Dawn worked as an Audit Senior at Republic National Bank of New York (now HSBC). During her time there, she performed internal auditing in various departments of the bank, including private banking, loans, and branch audits.
