January 1, 2026 – New York, NY — Prager Metis CPAs, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, is very proud to announce new leadership effective immediately. Lori A. Roth has been named Chief Executive Officer, and Stuart H. Mayer has been named Chief Operating Officer.
As CEO, Lori will provide leadership and strategic planning to more than 100 partners and principals and 600 team members. Lori will also oversee the firm’s growth strategy and initiatives. She holds a key role in developing strategic goals and policies, monitoring performance, and driving business growth. Lori previously served as Global Managing Partner and Executive Committee member of Prager Metis.
As COO, Stuart will oversee daily operations across the firm, ensuring that strategic plans are implemented effectively. He will drive continuous improvement in workflows, service delivery, and internal systems to enhance productivity and profitability. Stu has previously served as Northeast Regional Managing Partner and Executive Committee member for Prager Metis.
