As COO, Stuart will oversee daily operations across the firm, ensuring that strategic plans are implemented effectively. He will drive continuous improvement in workflows, service delivery, and internal systems to enhance productivity and profitability. Stu has previously served as Northeast Regional Managing Partner and an Executive Committee member for Prager Metis.

His impressive network of industry professionals has helped guide and connect many clients successfully through mergers and acquisition deals.
