Sardor Mirzaev is a Tax Supervisor in the Prager Metis, a member of Prager Metis International Group. With over a decade of experience in accounting, Sardor provides proactive tax planning and strategic advisory services designed to help clients navigate complex tax matters and optimize their overall tax positions.

Sardor advises clients across a range of industries, including highnetworth individuals, professional services, real estate, entrepreneurial businesses, and closely held companies, with experience supporting both domestic and crossborder tax needs. He specializes in the preparation and review of individual and business tax returns for both domestic and international clients.

He works closely with clients throughout the year, supporting them beyond annual compliance through thoughtful planning, ongoing communication, and a clear understanding of their broader financial objectives. Sardor is actively involved in managing client relationships, defining engagement scope, and assisting with pricing, ensuring services are both aligned and tailored to each client’s needs.

Prior to joining Prager Metis, Sardor gained handson experience preparing individual, trust, and partnership tax returns while developing strong, practical client service skills. He worked extensively with highnetworth individuals, further strengthening his expertise in tax planning and advisory services.

Sardor brings an international perspective to his work, having studied and worked across multiple jurisdictions. He also coauthored an academic thesis on transfer pricing, which was published by Lambert Academic Publishing.

Outside of work, Sardor is passionate about football (soccer) and actively follows international competitions. He is an avid Manchester City supporter and looks forward to the 2026 World Cup being hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
