Richard S. Feld is a Partner of Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He has over 40 years of experience in the accounting industry. In addition to his CPA license, Rich also holds Series 7 and 63 Security Licenses as well as a Health and Life Insurance license.
Rich possesses an expertise in accounting, tax, and advisory services. He specializes in serving family limited partnerships, real estate organizations, and business advisory clients. He also provides advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions, estate, and succession planning.
Rich’s philosophy is to act as an advisor and partner with his clients, focusing on providing value to each client on an individual basis.
Prior to joining Prager Metis, Rich was the Managing Partner at LFL Veritas LLC.
In his spare time, Rich enjoys reading, traveling, and is an avid sports fan. He attends Jets and Giants games every week.
