Joseph J. Rosoff is the Principal for the Tax Department of Prager Metis, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting industry and has earned his CPA and MST degree.

Mr. Rosoff has developed extensive expertise working with privately held businesses and their owners, focusing on building long-term relationships that combine both professional guidance and personal understanding. His approach emphasizes creating an environment where clients feel comfortable openly discussing their situations and needs, enabling him to provide more targeted and effective solutions.

His professional experience includes significant work with entrepreneurial businesses, providing comprehensive accounting, tax, and advisory services. He has expertise in helping growing businesses navigate their financial challenges and opportunities while maintaining a focus on their strategic objectives.

Mr. Rosoff maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA). He serves on multiple boards, including as a member of the Board of Directors of the Prager Metis Foundation. Additionally, he serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors of Congregation Tikvas Israel Sholom, where he is actively involved in fundraising and programming initiatives.
