Jani C. Mirchandani is an Audit Manager of Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He has worked in the accounting industry for over 28 years.
Mirchandani specializes in audits of public and non-public companies, SEC filings and IFRS reporting for various international companies in an array of industries including hospitality. His expertise includes NIH funded contracts, software development for the medical industry, book publishing and distribution, and commercial and residential real estate, among others.
Mirchandani has had experience in big regional as well as small public accounting firms prior to joining Prager Metis. He has a variety of experience in audit, accounting, and tax including public and non-public audits, not-for-profit organizations, high-net-worth clients, real estate, as well as manufacturing and distribution.
