Faye Lusted is a Payroll Manager at Prager Metis LLP, a member of Prager Metis International Group bringing over two decades of comprehensive payroll expertise to her role.

Faye manages the end-to-end preparation and processing of monthly and annual payrolls, employee expenses, and year-end reporting, including P11Ds and payrolling of benefits. Her responsibilities encompass PAYE scheme registrations, pension scheme setup and administration, while ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.

She began her career in payroll in 2004 at Kent Police, where she developed a strong foundation in public sector payroll operations. She subsequently expanded her experience in the private sector, working with large organisations where she managed more complex payroll systems and processes. In 2012, she transitioned into accountancy practices, which allowed her to deepen her technical expertise and work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. With her extensive background spanning both public and private sectors, Faye brings a unique understanding of payroll complexities across different organizational structures.

Her approach to client service is characterized by working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailoring her approach accordingly. She aims to be approachable and proactive, ensuring everything is handled accurately and on time while focusing on identifying potential issues early and providing practical, effective solutions to help operations run smoothly.
