Dharmendra (Dave) Parekh is a Senior Manager in the Assurance practice at Prager Metis, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He brings more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, supporting a wide range of clients across both public and private company environments.

Dave specializes in serving clients in financial services, including broker-dealers, asset management entities, banking institutions, and employee benefit plans, as well as public companies subject to SEC reporting requirements. He has also worked with clients across industries such as construction, real estate, healthcare, technology, not-for-profit organizations, and professional services.

In his role, Dave leads audit engagements from planning through completion, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and overseeing teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. His work focuses on delivering practical, well-executed assurance solutions while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and strong client communication throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Prior to joining Prager Metis, Dave spent several years within public accounting firms, where he focused on assurance services for financial services organizations and employee benefit plans.

Beyond client work, Dave is actively involved in internal training and professional development initiatives, contributing to firmwide education programs and collaborating on the adoption and testing of advanced audit technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
