Professional Experience

Bozena Targonski is a Manager in the Tax Department of Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group. She has been in the accounting profession for more than 13 years.

Bozena specializes in all areas of tax planning, compliance and issue resolution including multi-state taxes, basis and at-risk rules, passive activity rules, and the alternative minimum tax. She has managed engagements in tax planning, BNA analysis, as well as represented clients in IRS audits and other governmental agencies.

Bozena also manages the tax return preparation and review for clients including large companies, partnerships, trusts, retirement plans, and high-net-worth individuals. She also works with clients that have closely held and entrepreneurial businesses in a wide range of industries including not-for profits, professional services, and entertainment and music.
