Angela C. Chang is a Tax Manager at Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the State of Maryland.
Angela has over thirty years of experience providing tax services to individuals and businesses. Angela enjoys working with clients and educating them on a variety of things, including how to best get their tax records together and other financial best practices.
Prior to joining Prager Metis in July 2019, Angela was a Tax Manager at Frank & Company with the primary responsibility of advising and supporting individuals and organizations helping them achieve their financial goals.
