Alvin Handwerker is a Consultant in the Advisory Services Department of Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He was Co-Managing Partner of Prager Metis’ predecessor firm Prager and Fenton LLP for 25 years; he has been practicing accounting for more than 40 years.
Alvin specializes in entertainment business management and tour accounting, particularly for musicians of international stature. His areas of expertise include the negotiation of recording, publishing, licensing, and performance agreements; asset management; and creative business development on behalf of clients.
