Wayne Eager is a Partner in the Tax Services Department of Prager Metis, a member of Prager Metis International.
Wayne provides businesses and high net-worth individuals with tax planning, preparation, and accounting best practices for privately-held companies. He works extensively with self-employed business owners and startup companies, assisting with entity selection and other tax considerations for new businesses. Wayne also has an extensive experience with real estate and construction, offering an in-depth understanding of commercial and residential development, construction, and sales.
Prior to joining Prager Metis, Wayne was a Senior Tax Manager at Blair, Bohlé & Whitsitt PLLC, which combined with Prager Metis in January 2021.
