Professional Experience
Brenda is a Partner of Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group. She is responsible for providing audit, review, compilation, and tax services for small business clients. She is specialized in using computer-assisted techniques for sample selection, fraud detection and analytical procedures applied to both financial and non-financial data. Her areas of expertise include not-for-profit organizations (including audits in accordance with government auditing standards and Federal Single Audits under OMB Circular A-133), use of Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs), and Peer Review Services.
Prior to joining Prager Metis, Brenda was the Mid-Hudson offices’ partner-in-charge of nonprofit audits and engagements at D’Arcangelo & Co., LLP who combined with Prager Metis in January 2020.
