Mr. Lopez has been in the accounting profession since 1998 and serves as Director of International Tax for the firm. Mr. Lopez is a thought leader related to recent U.S. tax reform and has published several articles on the subject, including “Opportunity for Tax Optimization Of Cross-Border Structures Following U.S. Tax Reform” and “Tax Optimization for Exporters After U.S. Tax Reform.” His work involves advising U.S. and foreign clients on a full range of cross-border tax planning and compliance matters aimed at efficient cross-border structures and operations.
